If you are having trouble with any of the Livestockrus broadcasts first check and make sure you are using

Internet Explorer, you can do this by clicking the help tab on your browser and if it does not say

About Internet Explorer as the last menu then you need to close out of your current browser

and then open up internet explorer this icon is usually found on your desktop or Start Menu.

Next after you click on the link that connects you to the broadcast Windows Media Player should open and try to connect to the sale.

To view a Live internet Broadcast you must be using Windows Media Player 7.1 or higher.

You can find out what version your Windows Media Player is by clicking on the help menu and then on About Windows Media Player.

Your Version number should read 7.01 or higher.
